Dr. Coley presented CORE Lab Ph.D.s Jess Leffers and Yian Xu with their doctoral hoods on Thursday Sept 9th in a formal hooding ceremony at Matthews Arena. Yian completed her PhD in August 2019, and is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Conceptual Development and Social Cognition Lab at NYU working with Dr. Marjorie Rhodes. Jess completed her PhD in July 2021, and is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Eckerd College. Both continue to collaborate with Dr. Coley and the CORE Lab on a number of projects.
