Members of the CORE Lab (Rachel Mutombo and Kyleigh Watson along with Dr. Coley), in collaboration with the Cognitive Laboratory for Environmental and Arts Research (CLEAR), participated in an event in Plymouth MA on Saturday 25th September that involved turning a roadway overpass into an immerse video installation to promote the idea among passers-by that they are part of, rather than separate from, their local ecosystem. Later, the CLEAR team gave a presentation and panel discussion at the Plymouth Center for the Arts. We are excited to be part of this cross-disciplinary effort to bring the combined lenses of art, architecture, environmental science, and cognitive science to bear on understanding and facilitating sustainable behavior.
